Guy is a licensed General Contractor (GC) in California and the Founder of GM Construction Group Inc. He specializes in construction forensics and has over 38 years of experience. He has supported more than 650 construction defect cases as an expert and performed forensic investigations on more than several thousand single-/multi-family and commercial structures in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Oregon. He has provided construction management, planned and managed destructive testing, performed 3rd party investigations, prepared countless cost-of-repair estimates and has conducted numerous mediation presentations. Guy has testified as both defense and plaintiff expert on numerous cases on behalf developers, subcontractors, general contractors, personal homeowners and as a standard of care consultant on personal injury claims.
